Initially wanting to take up AB Communication Arts, he realized that he wanted to be a Journalist after his first year in the UST Journalism Program. Brought up by Catholic institutions since he was five, he started deviating from norms when he discovered what norms are in his first Social Science class as a Liberal Arts student in the Faculty of Arts and Letters. He strongly believes in fairness despite his ordeal to be apolitical in a politically chaotic reality. He writes News, In-depth Stories, Features, Prose, Poetry and tries too hard to sound less angry in writing for columns. At a time he was a Features Writer for the Flame, and currently works at the Varsitarian as a Special Reports Writer.
